Context
Service information was scattered across sources, the list of required documents was unclear to residents, and service quality was measured irregularly.
Challenge
Give residents clear service navigation and a transparent request status, and give the akimat a manageable request flow.
TEQ solution
The Ashyq Ukimet platform was launched: a service catalogue with document requirements, a single request window, appointment booking and service quality scoring. The interface and notifications work in Kazakh and Russian. The system is in production.
