个人数据处理政策
本文件说明 TEQ World 网站收集哪些数据、用于何种目的以及如何保护这些数据。
Scope
The policy applies to data submitted by users through the contact forms of the TEQ World website.
Data processed
Name, company name, phone number, email address, the selected enquiry direction and the description of the task.
Purposes of processing
Processing the enquiry, preparing a response, clarifying the task and further project communication.
Legal basis
The consent of the data subject, given when the contact form is submitted.
Storage and protection
Access to enquiries is restricted, actions are logged and transfer is performed over secured channels. Enquiries are retained until the processing purpose is fulfilled, and no longer than five years from receipt.
Transfer to third parties
Personal data is not transferred to third parties except in cases provided for by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
User rights
Users may request information about the processing of their data, its correction, blocking or deletion by writing to info@teq.kz.
